The lightweight Ruby Red legs and structure support the Quilted Maple seat and back on this slender counter stool. The stool back is supported by ribs from the central back spine leg providing visual interest to the prominent back of the stool. Floating tendons are used for all joints, creating an incredibly strong frame which supports the large triangular seat. The seat and back are lathe turned which give them the subtle curves needed for sitting comfort. Lathe turning also adds gently varying thickness and visual interest to the sides of the top and back.
